Betfred aims to process all deposit and withdrawal requests instantly but on occasion they can take longer periods for security/validation checks.
All withdrawals are subject to security and other validation checks which can take up to 48 hours to be processed. So that should be the upper-limit in terms of time between a request for a withdrawal and that request being fully processed.
Please note that once we have processed your request and approved it, it will need to be processed by your own bank before it arrives in your account. This is outside of our control.
Remember, Betfred will not charge you for depositing or withdrawing money from your account with us.
How do I deposit money into my account?
In order to deposit money into your account, please log in with your username and password and then click into your My Account area. You will then see a button marked ‘Deposit’ which you can ‘click’ and this will open up a window in which you can choose the deposit method you would like to use and the amount you would like to deposit. Please note that the deposit method must be in your name.

You can choose which one when you make a deposit. Please note that credit cards will only be accepted from you if you are resident in any part of Ireland, Gibraltar, Isle of Man or the channel Islands. Please note that the payment method used by you must belong and be registered to you personally (i.e. in the name you have registered with us) and have a billing address which matches the address on your account with us.
Is there a minimum deposit or withdrawal amount?
Each payment method has its own minimum deposit amount and this will be indicated when you make a deposit. There is no minimum withdrawal amount but any requests of less than £5 will need to be made by contacting our customer services team.
Withdrawal Tips:
Wherever possible, we are required to pay monies back to you via the method you used to deposit monies with us. Where this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative means of payment. This may require you to submit supporting evidence for the alternative payment method.
